摘要
结霜会降低蒸发器的换热能力,从而降低冷库制冷系统的制冷能力。此外,除霜需要额外的能耗,且在除霜过程中不可避免的有除霜余热泄漏到冷库环境中,导致库温波动。本文总结了蒸发器的抑霜技术,包括在蒸发器周围施加外部电、磁场和优化换热器结构参数、表面改性等。相关抑霜技术的研究结果为今后对于减少冷库融霜造成的能耗,降低除霜余热泄露导致库温波动提供优化方向。
Frosting will reduce the heat exchange capacity of the evaporator,thus reducing the refrigeration capacity of the refrigeration system of the cold storage.In addition,defrosting requires additional energy consumption,and in the process of defrosting,the residual heat of defrosting inevitably leaks into the cold storage environment,resulting in fluctuations in the temperature of the storage.This paper summarizes the frost suppression technology of the evaporator,including applying external electric and magnetic fields around the evaporator,optimizing the structural parameters of the heat exchanger,and surface modification.The research results of relevant frost suppression technology provide an optimization direction for reducing the energy consumption caused by defrosting in cold storage and reducing the temperature fluctuation caused by the leakage of defrosting waste heat.
