摘要
装配式建筑是未来建筑发展的主要方向之一。装配式建筑预制板接缝之间需要密封胶粘接,密封胶作为外墙板缝第一道防线,其性能直接关系到建筑的防水效果。传统硅酮密封胶与混凝土存在粘接效果差、涂饰性不好,易造成基材污染,定期维护成本高等缺点。硅烷改性聚醚密封胶弥补了传统硅酮密封胶易造成基材污染、适涂性差、聚氨酯密封胶耐候性差等不足。从硅烷改性聚醚密封胶相关标准、密封胶现状、关键性能3个方面对其进行了系统分析。
PPrefabricated construction is one of the main directions of future development for architecture.The pre⁃fabricated construction joints need to be sealed with sealant.As the first line of defense,the performance of sealant is directly related to the waterproof effect of the construction.Traditional silicone sealant and concrete have some disadvantages,such as poor bonding effect,poor finishing,being easy to cause base material pollution and high cost of regular maintenance.Silane modified polyether sealant makes up for the disadvantages of traditional silicone seal⁃ant,such as being easy to cause substrate pollution,poor coating,poor weather resistance of polyurethane sealant.Systematic research and analysis were carried out from three aspects,which are related standards,status and criti⁃cal performance of silane modified sealant.
