摘要
以含异氰酸酯基的硅烷偶联剂、端羟基聚醚为原料制备了硅烷改性聚醚树脂。着重探讨了树脂黏度、表干时间和储存稳定性,并研究了密封胶的硫化性能和力学性能。研究结果表明:三甲氧基硅烷封端结构较三乙氧基硅烷封端结构可赋予树脂更优越的综合性能,黏度达23.92 Pa·s,表干时间为25 min,添加乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷后,70℃稳定储存可至7 d以上。
The silane modified polyether resins were synthesized with hydroxyl terminated polyether and sitane Coupling agent containing isoeyanate group as raw materials. The viscosity, surface drying time and storage stability of the resins were mainly discussed. The vulcanizing and mechanical properties of the sealants were also studied. The results showed that the trimethoxy silane-terminated structure had superior comprehensive properties than the triethoxy silane-terminated structure. The viscosity reached 23.92 Pa-s and the surface drying time was 25 min. After adding vinyl trimethoxysiiane, the resin can be stored stably at 70℃ for more than 7 days.
