摘要
目的分析半夏白术天麻汤辨证治疗痰湿中阻型眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月在射阳县中医院就诊的痰湿中阻型眩晕患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用半夏白术天麻汤辨证治疗,均连续治疗1个月,观察两组的临床疗效及各项指标。结果治疗后观察组中医证候评分、血液流变学指标(红细胞压积、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原)均明显低于对照组,且总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组药物不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用半夏白术天麻汤辨证治疗痰湿中阻型眩晕有明显的优势,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on vertigo of phlegm-dampness obstruction in middle energizer.Methods A total of 60 patients with vertigo of phlegm-dampness obstruction in middle energizer who were treated in Sheyang Hospital of TCM from January 2019 to December 2021 were enrolled and randomized into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)with the random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine and observation group with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction based on syndrome differentiation for 1 month.The effect and indicators in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and levels of hemorheology indexes(hematocrit,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction has unique advantages in the treatment of vertigo of phlegm-dampness obstruction in middle energizer,which should be further promoted.
