酒石酸美托洛尔联合人工智能重建实现自由呼吸冠状动脉CTA研究

摘要 目的探究酒石酸美托洛尔主动控制患者心率联合人工智能重建软件实现患者在自由呼吸状态下进行的冠状动脉计算机体层血管成像(computed tomography angiography,CTA)技术研究。方法选取2021年1月至2021年12月在温州医科大学附属衢州医院接受冠状动脉CTA检查的患者100例,按照检查方法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用传统屏气检查方法结合后期人工重建诊断;观察组患者在自由呼吸的情况下进行冠状动脉CTA检查,通过人工智能重建软件对观察组作出诊断分析,对比两组的CTA图像质量差异。结果观察组对比对照组检查时的心率显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组图像的噪声、信噪比及评分,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用酒石酸美托洛尔片控制心率,结合人工智能重建的冠状动脉CTA检查方法,能为高心率且不能配合屏气的患者提供有效的冠状动脉诊断影像。 Objective To investigate the use of metoprolol tartrate to actively control the patient’s heart rate in combination with artificial intelligence reconstruction software to enable the patient to perform coronary computed tomography angiography(CTA)in a free-breathing state.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent coronary CTA examination at Quzhou Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the examination method.In the control group,the traditional breath-holding examination method combined with late manual reconstruction was used for diagnosis;in the observation group,patients underwent coronary CTA examination with free breathing,and diagnostic analysis was made by artificial intelligence reconstruction software for the observation group to compare the difference in CTA image quality between the two groups.Results The heart rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared the noise,signal-to-noise ratio and scores of the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The coronary CTA technique using metoprolol tartrate tablets to control heart rate combined with artificial intelligence reconstruction can provide convenient and effective coronary artery diagnostic images for patients with respiratory failure.
