摘要
目的探讨微针刀治疗肩周炎患者的疗效及对肩关节疼痛、功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月在江山市人民医院治疗的肩周炎患者180例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=90)和治疗组(n=90),对照组给予普通针刺治疗,治疗组给予微针刀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、肩关节功能、肩关节活动度。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、现时疼痛强度(present pain intensity,PPI)、疼痛评定指数(pain rating index,PRI)评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Constant-Murley肩功能评分法评分均提高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肩关节活动度均提高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩周炎患者采用微针刀治疗的临床疗效较高,可有效降低疼痛程度,改善肩关节功能及肩关节活动度。
Objective To explore the feasibility of microneedling in patients with frozen shoulder and its effect on shoulder pain and function.Methods A total of 180 patients with frozen shoulder treated at Jiangshan Peopleʼs Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into the control group(n=90)and the treatment group(n=90)according to the random number table method.The control group was given ordinary acupuncture treatment and the treatment group was given micro-needle knife treatment to compare the clinical efficacy,pain degree,shoulder joint function and shoulder joint mobility of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,present pain intensity(PPI)and pain rating index(PRI)scores decreased in both groups,and statistically lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Constant-Murley shoulder function score improved in both groups,and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,shoulder mobility improved in both groups,and statistically lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of microneedling in the treatment of frozen shoulder patients is high,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain,improve shoulder joint function and shoulder joint range of motion.
