摘要
总结徐经世教授临证运用绿萼梅的经验。提出“杂病因郁,治以安中”的观点,认为绿萼梅芳香行气,长于斡旋中焦气机,具有疏肝和胃、醒脾化痰的功效,功擅安中,可用于治疗多种气郁型内伤杂病。具体功效主要体现在四个方面,一则安中扶正、以平为期,拟定扶正安中汤治疗肿瘤术后脾胃相关症状;二则疏肝行气、条达木郁,拟定理郁方治疗郁证;三则芳香醒脾、和胃化痰,常用六君子汤配伍绿萼梅加减、拟定寒热调中方治疗脾胃病;四则调肝理肺、解郁安神,拟定解郁安眠方,并常用安神补心丹、甘麦大枣汤、交泰丸等配伍绿萼梅治疗不寐。
This paper summarized the experience of Professor XU Jingshi in using Lyu'emei(Flos Mume).Taking the viewpoint that“miscellaneous diseases are caused by the constraint,and should be treated by calming the middle",XU believes that Lyu'emei can be used to treat the miscellaneous diseases of qi constraint and internal damage,as it can move qi as aromatic medicinals,and is good at mediating the qi movement in the middle jiao(焦),with the function of soothing the liver and harmonizing the stomach,awakening the spleen and dissolving phlegm.Its effects are mainly reflected in four aspects.Firstly,Lyu'emei can be used to calm the middle and reinforce healthy qi,and Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction(扶正安中汤)is formulated to treat the spleen and stomach related symptoms after tumor surgery.Secondly,as it can soothe the liver,move qi,and resolve the wood constraint,Lyu'emei together with other medicinals is made into Liyu Formula(理郁方)for constraint syndrome.Thirdly,as aromatic medicinals,Lyu'emei can awaken the spleen,harmonize stomach and dissolve phlegm,and can be used together with Liujunzi Decoction(六君子汤)to constitute Hanre Tiaozhong Formula(寒热调中方)for spleen and stomach diseases.Lastly,having the function of regulating the liver and rectifying the lung,resolving constraint and calming the mind,it is used to formulate Jieyu AnmianFormula(解郁安眠方);simultaneously,Anshen Buxin Elixir(安神补心丹),Ganmai Dazao Decoction(甘麦大枣汤)and Jiaotai Pill(交泰丸)are often used together with Lyu'emei for insomnia.
