摘要
目的:研究白梅花的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱分离,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从白梅花中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:苯甲酸(Ⅰ)、异鼠李素(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(HI)、山奈酚3-O-β—D-吡喃半乳糖苷(Ⅳ)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、异槲皮苷(Ⅵ)、金丝桃苷(Ⅶ)、芦丁(Ⅷ)。结论:其中化合物Ⅱ~Ⅶ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of flowers of Prunus mume. Methods:Compounds were separated by silica gel. Their structures were identified and elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical methods. Results:Eight compounds were obtained and identified as benzoic acid( Ⅰ ) , isorhamnetin( Ⅱ ) , quercetin( Ⅲ ) , kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside( Ⅳ ) , isorhamnetin-3- O-β-D- glucopyranoside( V ), isoquercitrin(Ⅵ) , hypericin(Ⅶ) and rutin(Ⅷ). Conclusion: Among them, Ⅱ - Ⅶ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
