摘要
本文对中医药治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)临床疗效的评价问题进行分析,其一,结合现代医学进展,中医药治疗T2DM临床疗效评价应体现心血管终点事件的减少,以及对合并各种慢性并发症的T2DM患者及长病程患者人群的安全性验证;其二,中医药治疗T2DM临床疗效评价应体现中医药特点,进行中医证候学评价,并基于中医学整体观念,结合以人为本的患者报告结局及生命质量评价指标的应用,更加精准化体现中医药治疗T2DM的特色和优势。
The author analyzed the current situation of assessments of clinical therapeutic effects on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)Combined with the development of modern medicine,a comprehensive evaluation system of Chinese Medicine(CM) in the treatment of T2DM was proposed. Firstly,it would refect the reduction of cardiovascular endpoint events and the safety verification of the various chronic complications and the long disease duration in T2DM patients treated with CM;Secondly,it would embody the advantage characteristics of CM,which was consisted of the evaluation of CM syndromes refecting the precision medicine, the use of patient report outcome and the application of quality of life evaluation which based on the People-oriented ideology and the holistic view of CM.
