黄南电站水轮发电机组设计及现场试验 被引量:2

摘要 浙江省松阳县黄南电站装机2台5 000 kW混流式水轮发电机组,该电站具有水轮机水头变幅大的特点,满发时最大水轮机水头与最小水轮机水头的比值接近2倍。水头变幅大不仅给机组选型带来较大难度,还可能导致机组在局部工况下振动、摆度等机械性能变差,影响电站安全稳定运行。据此,合理选择水轮机转轮水力模型,确定机组额定工况点,选取合适的转轮直径和转速;分析机组振动、摆度试验成果,真机现场测试证明取得良好的运行效果。 Two 5000kW Francis turbine generator units are installed in Huangnan power station in Songyang County,Zhejiang Province.The power station has the characteristics of large variation of turbine head.The ratio of maximum turbine head to minimum turbine head is close to twice at full load.The large head variation not only brings great difficulty to the unit selection,but also may cause the deterioration of mechanical properties such as vibration and swing of the unit under local working conditions,affecting the safe and stable operation of the power station.Therefore,the unit selection of the power station is introduced,and the results of unit vibration,swing test and load rejection test are also analyzed.The field test of the real machine has achieved good operation effect.
