摘要
本文对三峡水轮机模型机组进行了全流道非定常湍流数值模拟,选择了2个活动导叶开度工况,分别计算不同流量下水轮机尾水管内的旋涡流动。计算结果能够明显显示尾水管涡带的形成和发展,及尾水管内各个记录面上的压力脉动和相应的旋涡转动周期有密切的关系;同时,还表示了旋涡沿流动方向的产生、发展和消失的过程,及其对于压力脉动的形成的影响作用。通过分析发现,形成涡带的旋涡运动是从上冠附近进入到尾水管的,类似于绕流体的脱体涡,说明对于上冠附近流场的研究有助于进一步探讨涡带运动形成机理和减小压力脉动措施。
A whole-passage unsteady turbulent numerical simulation to the model of Three-Gorge turbine with two guide angles is presented in this paper. The vortex motion and pressure fluctuation inside the draft tube are calculated. From the results, the formation and development of vortex rope inside the draft tube can be obtained. It can be seen that the pressure fluctuation is strongly related to the vortex periodic motion. From the results, it can also be obtained that the vortex is formed from the crown of the runner to draft tube, which is similar to the formation of detached vortex. It shows that the research on the flow distribution around crown can be used to study the principle of vortex rope and improvement for reducing pressure fluctuation.
