摘要
目的探讨玉液汤加减联合消渴丸治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证的临床效果。方法选取72例2019年12月—2021年12月滨州市中医医院接收的2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者,按电脑数字表法随机分作2组。对照组36例予以消渴丸治疗,观察组36例予以玉液汤加减联合消渴丸治疗,对比2组的中医症状评分、血糖水平及总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组的倦怠乏力、气短懒言、咽干口燥、烦渴欲饮评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组的空腹血糖(FBS)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率97.22%(35/36)比对照组的77.78%(28/36)高(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病气阴两虚证通过玉液汤加减联合消渴丸治疗可有效缓解症状,降低血糖水平、提升临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yuye decoction combined with Xiaoke pill in the treatment of type 2 diabetes of deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods 72 patients with type 2 diabetes of deficiency of both qi and yin admitted to Binzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of computer digital table.36 patients in the control group were treated with Xiaoke pill,and 36 patients in the observation group were treated with Yuye decoction combined with Xiaoke pill.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,blood glucose level and total effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of fatigue,shortness of breath and lazy speech,dry throat and dry mouth,polydipsia and thirst in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBS)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%(35/36),which was higher than 77.78%(28/36)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yuye decoction combined with Xiaoke pill in the treatment of type 2 diabetes of deficiency of both qi and yin can effectively alleviate the symptoms,reduce the blood glucose level and improve the clinical effect.
