摘要
目的:基于SWOT分析法探讨省级区域医疗中心肿瘤品牌发展策略。方法:采用SWOT分析法对山东省首批区域医疗中心之一的临沂市人民医院肿瘤品牌发展策略进行优化调整。结果:医院肿瘤品牌发展策略得到优化,业务水平明显提升,学科建设卓有成效,品牌影响力不断扩大,职工满意度与患者满意度均显著改善。结论:在省级区域医疗中心肿瘤品牌建设过程中采用SWOT分析法作为理论指导,能够有效提升品牌发展成效。
Objective:Based on SWOT analysis method,to discuss the development strategy of cancer brand in provincial regional medical centers.Methods:SWOT analysis was used to optimize and adjust the cancer brand development strategy of Linyi People's Hospital,one of the first regional medical centers in Shandong Province.Results:The hospital's cancer brand development strategy was optimized,business level was significantly improved,discipline construction was effective,brand influence was expanded,and both staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction were significantly improved.Conclusion:Using SWOT analysis method as theoretical guidance in the process of cancer brand building in provincial regional medical centers can effectively improve the effectiveness of brand development.
