摘要
本文从碳排放管理标准体系等相关问题出发,分析碳排放管理标准体系框架构建思路以及碳排放管理标准分类问题,在此基础上,总结构建碳排放管理标准体系框架的重点任务,探讨推动我国碳排放管理标准体系的实施策略,希望能为我国碳排放管理标准体系的构建与完善提供一定的帮助。
This paper analyzes the framework of carbon emission management standards system and how to classify carbon emission management standards. On this basis, it summarizes the key task of constructing the framework of carbon emission management standards system, and discusses the implementation strategy of Chinese carbon emission management standards system. In the hope that this research can provide some ideas for the construction and improvement of Chinese carbon emission management standard system.
