摘要
阐述通信模组校准综测的问题分类和随机森林算法实现生产过程模组指标的风险预测的方法,通过分类预测,识别潜在风险,实现提高通信模组生产一致性的目的。
This paper describes the problem classification of communication module calibration and comprehensive measurement and the method of realizing the risk prediction of production process module indicators by random forest algorithm. Through classification prediction, identify potential risks and achieve the purpose of improving the consistency of communication module production.
