高碱煤的烟气强化水洗脱碱研究

摘要 本工作基于燃煤电厂烟气(CO_(2))溶于水形成的碳酸可促进高碱煤中碱金属碱土金属(AAEM)水洗脱除的理论基础,研究了关键工艺参数对脱碱效果的影响规律,考察了洗液循环利用的可行性和烟气强化水洗对重金属的脱除作用。结果表明,烟气强化水洗对红沙泉煤中Na、K最高脱除率分别可达86.8%和62.7%;宜化煤脱Ca率达到44.7%;准东煤脱Mg率达35.4%;脱碱率随水洗时间的增加和原料粒径的减小而增大;洗液盐浓度与循环次数呈正相关,Ca和Mg的脱除率受循环液浓度影响强于Na和K;煤中As、Ni等重金属脱除率甚至超过90%。 Based on the theoretical basis that carbonic acid formed by coal-fired power plant flue gas(CO2)dissolved in water can promote the water washing removal of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals(AAEM)in high alkali coal.In this work,the influence of the critical process parameters on the AAEM removal was studied,and the feasibility of recycling of washing liquid and the removal of heavy metals by flue gas enhanced washing were investigated.The results show that the maximum removal rates of Na and K from Hongshaquan coal by flue gas enhanced water washing can reach 86.8% and 62.7% respectively;The Ca removal rate of Yihua coal reached 44.7%;The Mg removal rate of Zhundong coal is 35.4%.The dealkalization rate increases with the increase of washing time and the decrease of raw material particle diameter;The results show that the salt concentration of the washing solution increases with the increase of the number of cycles,and the removal rates of Ca and Mg are more affected by the concentration of the circulating solution than those of Na and K;The removal rate of As,Ni and other heavy metals in coal is even more than 90%.
