蒸发模型对乙醇湍流射流火焰模拟影响研究

Study on the Evaporation Model Influence on Ethanol Turbulent Jet Flame Simulation

摘要 航空发动机燃烧室高精度数值模拟需要合理的蒸发模型,目前蒸发模型对两相湍流燃烧模拟的影响定量研究不足。乙醇较其他燃料蒸发潜热大,对蒸发模型敏感。文章采用LES求解湍流、TPDF解决湍流和化学反应的相互作用,研究Abramzon-Sirignano(A-S)蒸发模型、Spalding蒸发模型和厚交换层(NC-TEL)蒸发模型对高雷诺数乙醇两相湍流射流火焰的数值模拟结果并与实验数据对比。定量分析不同蒸发模型对温度、混合物分数及液相分布等的规律性影响发现,A-S蒸发模型在射流中心区域与实验数据拟合较好,在其它区域表现欠佳;Spalding模型在x/d=10截面上模拟结果良好;NC-TEL蒸发模型在x/d>10截面及远离射流中心方向上的模拟结果表现最好。与其他模型相比,NC-TEL蒸发模型在液相速度上与实验数据相差最大为21.9%,表现最好。 The high-precision numerical simulation of aero-engine combustor needs a reasonable evaporation model.At present,the quantitative research of evaporation model influence on the twophase turbulence combustion simulation is insufficient.Ethanol has higher latent heat of evaporation than other fuels and its flame is sensitive to evaporation model.In this paper,LES is used to solve turbulence and TPDF to solve the interaction between turbulence and chemical reaction.The numerical simulation results of Abramzon-Sirignano(A-S)evaporation model,Spalding evaporation model and thick exchange layer(NC-TEL)evaporation model for high-Reynolds number ethanol two-phase turbulent jet flame will be studied and compared with the experimental data.Through quantitative analysis of the different evaporation models’regularity influence on the temperature,mixture fraction and liquid phase distribution,it was found that A-S evaporation model predictions fitted well with experimental data in the central region of jet flame,but did not perform well in other regions.Spalding model simulation results are good at the x/d=10 section.The simulation results of NC-TEL evaporation model are the best at x/d>10 sections and the regions away from the center of jet flame.Compared with other models,the maximum difference between the NC-TEL model prediction results and the experimental data was 29.7%in liquid phase velocity,so NC-TEL model owns the best performance.
