摘要
试验旨在考察复合益生菌对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性状、肉品质、瘤胃发酵参数及养殖经济效益的影响。选择96头体重和健康状况一致的杜寒杂交肉羊,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头肉羊。各组分别在基础日粮中添加0 (对照组)、500、1 000、1 500 mg/kg复合益生菌。预试期7 d,正式试验期90 d。结果表明,1 000 mg/kg组、1 500 mg/kg组试验肉羊平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。1 500 mg/kg组试验肉羊胴体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);1 500 mg/kg组肉羊肉pH24 h值显著高于对照组,肉色红度(a*值)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。1 500 mg/kg组瘤胃液中丙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。500 mg/kg组、1 000 mg/kg组、1 500 mg/kg组肉羊的利润分别比对照组高15.86元、32.19元、53.73元。研究表明,添加复合益生菌可以有效提高肉羊的生长性能,改善胴体性状、瘤胃发酵参数,提高养殖利润,建议在杜寒杂交肉羊日粮中添加1 500 mg/kg复合益生菌制剂。
The experiment was to investigate the effect of compound probiotics on growth performance,slaughter traits,meat quality,rumen fermentation parameters and economic benefits of mutton sheep breeding.A total of 96 Duhan hybrid mutton sheep with the same body weight and health status were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates in each group and six mutton sheep in each replicate.Each group was supplemented with 0(control group),500,1 000 and 1 500 mg/kg complex probiotics,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 7 d and the formal test lasted for 90 d.The results showed that the average daily gain of mutton sheep in 1 000 mg/kg and 1 500 mg/kg groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The carcass weight of 1 500 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The pH24 h value of mutton in 1 500 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the a* value was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The content of propionic acid and total volatile fatty acid in rumen fluid of 1 500 mg/kg group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The profit of 500 mg/kg group,1 000 mg/kg group and 1 500 mg/kg group was 15.86,32.19 and 53.73 yuan higher than that of control group,respectively.The experiment indicates that the addition of complex probiotics can effectively improve the growth performance,the carcass traits and rumen fermentation parameters of mutton sheep,and improve the profit of breeding.It is suggested to add 1 500 mg/kg complex probiotics to the diet of Duhan hybrid mutton sheep.
