摘要
试验旨在探讨夏季饮用磁化水对荷斯坦泌乳奶牛生产性能的影响。选取30头产奶量、泌乳天数相近的奶牛,随机分为2组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组奶牛饮用普通自来水,试验组奶牛饮用同水源磁化水。结果表明,磁化自来水可使水中大肠杆菌数量降低68.31%~100.00%,总硬度降低3.08%~3.13%。饮用磁化自来水能够提高奶牛平均干物质采食量,可维持乳尿素氮正常水平。研究表明,夏季热应激时饮用磁化水可增加奶牛干物质采食量,对改善奶牛的消化状况具有积极作用。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of magnetized water drinking on performance of Holstein lactating cows in summer.Thirty dairy cows with similar milk yield and lactation days were randomly divided into two groups with 15 replicates in each group and one cow in each replicate.Cows in control group drank ordinary tap water,and those in experimental group drank magnetized water from the same source.The results showed that the number of Escherichia coli in water decreased by 68.31% to 100.00%,and the total hardness decreased by 3.08% to 3.13%.The cows drinking magnetized water can increase the average dry matter intake,maintain the normal milk urea nitrogen level,improve the dietary digestion of dairy cows.The experiment indicates that drinking magnetized water during summer heat stress can increase dry matter intake,which has a positive effect on improving the digestive status of dairy cows.
