摘要
研究了磁化水和磁化缓冲液对体外胰蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶活性以及人工瘤胃产气量的影响。结果表明,磁化水可提高胰蛋白酶和胃蛋白酶的酶促反应速度10%~20%,提高人工瘤胃的产气速度,使产气高峰提前。将水配制成缓冲液后再进行磁化,除提高酶促反应速度外,还可使两种酶有效降解底物的时间从20min延长到了30min。本研究表明磁化水和磁化缓冲液可能具有一定的生物学作用。
The effect of the magnetized water and buffer on the activities of the trypsin and pepsin in vitro, and the gas production in artificial rumen was studied. The results showed that the magnetized wa-ter increased the catalytic velocities of the trypsin and pepsin by 10%-20%, elevated the rate of gas production in artificial rumen with earlier appearance of peak of gas production. The magnetized buffer prolonged the effective degradation time of substrate for 10 min, which was (50%) more than that of magnetized water for the trypsin and pepsin. This study indicates the biological effect of the magnetized water and buffer.
