摘要
为了筛选拮抗产气荚膜梭菌S87的功能性芽孢杆菌,采集健康鸡的新鲜鸡粪进行80℃水浴处理和琼脂打孔扩散法等方法进行筛选,选取抑菌圈直径最大的菌株进行斜面保藏,送至中国科学院微生物研究所进行鉴定。结果表明:筛选出一株拮抗产气荚膜梭菌S87的芽孢杆菌B-20-81,经过鉴定为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌,其抑菌圈直径可达22.4mm,可为无抗防治家禽坏死性肠炎提供理论依据。
In order to screen the functional Bacillus that antagonized Clostridium perfringens S87,the chicken faeces of fresh healthy chickens was collected for 80℃water bath treatment,agar punching diffusion method and other methods for screening,and the strain with the largest inhibition zone diameter was selected for slant preservation.It was then sent to the Institute of Microbiology,Chinese Academy of Sciences for identification.The results showed that a strain of Bacillus B-20-81,which antagonized Clostridium perfringens S87,was screened out.It was identified as Bacillus velezensis,and the diameter of its inhibition zone was up to 22.4 mm,which provided a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of poultry necrotizing enteritis without antibiotics.
