摘要
我国是世界最大的香菇生产和出口国。全面客观地评价新冠疫情对我国香菇生产与出口贸易发展所产生的主要影响具有重要意义。研究结果表明:2019—2021年期间,由于疫情导致劳动力流动受限、物流运输受阻等问题,使得我国香菇生产总量保持持续增长,但年际间增速波动明显、生产经营模式不断创新但劳动力匮乏问题依然突出。与此同时,由于疫情导致国际香菇市场短期供求急剧失衡,使得我国香菇出口贸易规模大幅减少、出口贸易价格持续低迷、出口集中度也出现窄幅波动。最后,从加快行业信息化平台建设、持续优化创新产业生产经营模式、加大香菇产业发展科技创新力度等方面提出新冠疫情背景下促进我国香菇生产与出口贸易发展的政策建议。
China is the world’s largest producer and exporter of Lentinus edodes.Through a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the main impacts of the normalization of the COVID-19 epidemic on China’s Lentinus edodes production and export trade,the research results show that:from 2019 to 2021,the epidemic led to problems such as limited labor flow,blocked logistics and transportation,which made the total amount of China’s Lentinus edodes keep growing,but the inter annual growth rate fluctuates significantly.Some main Lentinus edodes production areas continued to innovate production and operation models,but the problem of labor shortage was still prominent.Meanwhile,the epidemic led to a sharp imbalance between short-term supply and demand in the international Lentinus edodes market,which led to a great reduction in the scale of China’s Lentinus edodes export trade,a continued downturn in export trade prices,and a narrow fluctuation in export concentration.Finally,the corresponding recommendations for promoting the development of China’s Lentinus edodes production and export trade under the background of epidemic situation are put forward from the aspects of accelerating the construction of industry information platform,continuously optimizing the innovative industrial production and operation mode,and increasing the scientific and technological innovation of Lentinus edodes industry development.
