摘要
肾综合征出血热是一种由汉坦病毒感染引起的传染病,起病急,易出现多种并发症,主要依靠实验室病原学检测结果进行最终诊断。本文报告了1例伴多种并发症肾综合征出血热病人,对其病例特征和病程进展进行分析,以期为该病诊疗和防治提供一定参考。
Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)is an infectious disease caused by Hantavirus infection and has the features of acute onset and multiple complications.HFRS is mainly diagnosed based on the results of laboratory pathogenic detection.This article reports a case of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome with multiple complications and analyzes its characteristics and disease progression,in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of this disease.
