摘要
基于共生理论,选取浙江省指南村为研究对象,研究乡村运营如何实现健康可持续发展。假设指南村是一个共生系统,通过对乡村运营与共生条件进行适用性分析,确定组成系统的共生三要素和共生界面,并根据对称互惠一体化共生模式,构建指南村多元利益主体运营系统。乡村振兴背景下,为了真正实现把美丽乡村转化为美丽经济、把绿水青山变为金山银山的美好愿景,建议发挥政府主导作用,统筹协调制定整村运营举措;明确各方主体责任,建立共生单元协作运营联合体;建立利益协调机制,确保共生单元间利益分配均衡。
Based on symbiosis theory,this paper selects Zhinan Village in Zhejiang Province as a research object to study how to achieve healthy and sustainable development in rural operation.Under the assumption that Zhinan Village is a symbiotic system,the three symbiotic elements and symbiotic interfaces constituting the system are determined through the applicability analysis of rural operation and symbiotic conditions,and the operation system of multiple interest subjects in Zhinan Village is constructed according to the symmetric reciprocal and integrated symbiosis model.In order to truly realize the beautiful vision of transforming beautiful countryside scenery into beautiful economy and turning lucid waters and lush mountains into invaluable assets in the context of rural revitalization,it is proposed to play the leading role of the government to coordinate and formulate policies for the operation of the whole village,to clarify the main responsibilities of all parties and build a cooperative operation consortium of symbiotic units,and to establish a benefit coordination mechanism to balance the distribution of benefits among symbiotic units.
