持续皮下注射与多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗小儿糖尿病的临床效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨对小儿糖尿病患者分别采用胰岛素实施持续皮下注射以及多次皮下注射治疗后获得临床效果。方法 选取2020年2月—2022年3月福建省莆田市儿童医院收治的77例小儿糖尿病患儿,采用随机数表法分为参照组(38例)和研究组(39例),参照组接受胰岛素多次皮下注射治疗,研究组接受胰岛素持续皮下注射治疗,比较两组患儿的血脂水平(TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)、血糖水平(FPG、2 hPG、GHb)及低血糖发生率。结果 治疗前,两组血脂水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组HDL-C(1.81±0.51)mmol/L高于参照组,TG(1.21±0.33)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.49±0.43)mmol/L均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组FPG(5.61±0.73)mmol/L、2 hPG(6.19±1.22)mmol/L、HbA1c(5.45±0.72)%均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿低血糖发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胰岛素持续皮下注射治疗方法效果明显,可显著改善糖尿病患儿的血脂、血糖水平,促进患儿的良好预后。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects obtained after continuous subcutaneous injection and multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin in pediatric patients with diabetes mellitus,respectively.Methods Seventy-seven cases of pediatric diabetic children admitted to Putian Children's Hospital in Fujian Province from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected.A random number table method was used to divide them into a reference group(38 cases)and a study group(39 cases).The reference group was treated with multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin and the study group was treated with continuous subcutaneous injections of insulin.The lipid levels(TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),blood glucose levels(FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c)and the incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups of children.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the lipid levels of the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,HDL-C(1.81±0.51)mmol/L in the study group was higher than that in the refer⁃ence group,and TG(1.21±0.33)mmol/L and LDL-C(2.49±0.43)mmol/L were lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant differ⁃ence in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FPG(5.61±0.73)mmol/L,2 hPG(6.19±1.22)mmol/L and HbA1c(5.45±0.72)%in the study group were lower than in the reference group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in children in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment method of continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin is effective and can significantly improve the blood lipid and blood glucose levels of children with diabetes mellitus and promote a good prognosis for the children.
