双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状 病毒性肠炎的效果及对患儿炎症、免疫、 心肌损伤标志物的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果及对患儿炎症、免疫、心肌损伤标志物的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年10月我院收治的88例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为联合治疗组(44例,双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌)和对照组(44例,葡萄糖酸锌)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均降低,且联合治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平均升高,且联合治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平均降低,且联合治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))均升高,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8+)均降低,且联合治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的退热时间、腹泻停止时间、呕吐停止时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果显著,有利于改善患儿的免疫功能,抑制肠道炎症反应,缓解心肌损伤,缩短症状改善时间,且安全性较高。 Objective To investigate the effect of live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus powder combined with zinc gluconate in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children and its influences on inflammation,immunity and myocardial injury markers in children.Methods A total of 88 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into combined treatment group(44 cases,live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus powder combined with zinc gluconate)and control group(44 cases,zinc gluconate)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups decreased,and those in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)in both groups increased,and those in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in both groups decreased,and those in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))in both groups increased,cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8+)in both groups decreased,and those in the combined treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,diarrhea stop time and vomiting stop time in the combined treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and
