Objective To explore the effect of Bifidobacteria quadruple viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of chronic diarrhea in children and its influence on intestinal microecology and oxidative stress indexes. Methods A total of 200 children with chronic diarrhea treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected for observation, and the children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Bifidobacteria quadruple viable bacteria tablets, and the observation group was treated with montmorillonite powder on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the colony numbers of Bifidobacterium and Bacteroides in the observation group were more than those in the control group, the colony numbers of Enterobacter and Enterococcus were less than those in the control group, and the levels of MDA and NO were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacteria quadruple viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder applied in children with chronic diarrhea is helpful to improve the clinical effect, promote the improvement of intestinal microecology and reduce oxidative stress reaction, which is worthy of popularization.
