摘要
目的探析慢性胃溃疡患者护理中针对性护理的应用效果。方法在2019年6月至2021年6月在我院治疗的患者中随机选取134例慢性胃溃疡患者进行研究,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理模式进行护理,观察组采取针对性护理模式进行护理,评估护理效果、患者满意度以及心理状态,同时记录疾病复发的情况。结果观察组的护理优良率为95.52%,对照组的护理优良率为79.10%,观察组的护理效果优于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作的评分以及心理状态评分优于对照组,同时观察组的疾病复发率(5.97%)低于对照组(17.91%),数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在慢性胃溃疡患者护理过程中,应用针对性护理模式,能够有效的提高护理效果,改善临床症状,减少患者负面情绪,降低疾病复发的可能性,对于患者恢复具有积极意义,应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods One hundred thirty-four patients with chronic gastric ulcer were randomly selected from the patients treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021,randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing model for nursing,and the observation group adopted the targeted nursing model for nursing,evaluating the nursing effect,patient satisfaction,and psychological state.Also record the recurrence of the disease.Results The excellent rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.52%,and that in the control group was 79.10%.The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing work and psychological state in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the disease recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than in the control group(5.97%vs.17.91%),and the data was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of chronic gastric ulcer patients,the application of the targeted nursing model can effectively improve the nursing effect,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the negative mood of patients,reduce the possibility of recurrence of the disease,has positive significance for the recovery of patients,and has a higher application value.
