摘要
目的观察分析针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院从2015年2月~2016年1月收治的84例慢性胃溃疡患者作为此次研究对象,遵照随机分配原则对患者进行排序,单数患者纳入对照组,双数患者纳入观察组,对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合针对性护理,观察两组患者预后情况,对比不同护理干预的效果差异。结果经过有效护理干预后,观察组患者治疗效果(95.2%)显著优于对照组患者(78.6%),且问卷调查得出观察组患者护理满意率(92.9%)高于对照组患者(76.2%),组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分同对照组患者比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理从生理、心理以及病情发展等多方面对患者进行护理方案制定,患者的治疗效果得到有效巩固,同传统护理方法比较,患者更加认可针对性护理,帮助患者快速解除病症,大大提高了治疗质量,值得临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of pertinent nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic gastric ulcer from February 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study,and the patients were sorted according to the principle of random distribution.the singular patients were included in the control group,the even patients were included in the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with targeted nursing.The prognosis of the patients in the two groups was observed,and the effect of different nursing intervention was compared. Results After effective nursing,the treatment effect of the observation group （95.2%） was significantly better than that of the control group （78.6%）.And the questionnaire survey showed that the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group （92.9%） was higher than that of the control group （76.2%）,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The scores of visual analogue scale （VAS）,self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and quality of life scale （SF-36） in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing from the aspects of physiological and psychological development and the condition of patients in nursing plan,the treatment effect of the patients effectively consolidate,compared with the traditional nursing method,with more recognition of targeted care,it can help patients to relieve symptoms,greatly improve the quality of treatment and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
