摘要
目的探讨增强优质护理中人文关怀干预对提升手术室患者的护理效果及病情好转的影响。方法此次研究患者筛选从2021年2月开始,直至2022年2月笔者所工作的医院收治的手术室患者,共计契合纳入与排除标准的94例患者,根据护理方式的不同分为常规组与试验组,每组47例。常规组患者实施常规形式的护理,试验组患者在前者的基础上采用优质护理中加强人文关怀,分析两组患者的护理满意度、应激反应、负面情绪变化及生活质量。结果试验组经有效干预后其护理满意度(93.62%)比常规组(82.98%)更高(P<0.05);试验组患者经有效干预后其心率、肾上腺素及动脉压得到有效降低,且优于常规组(P<0.05);试验组与常规组患者相比于干预前其负面情绪得到舒缓,且试验组的负面情绪降低程度相比于常规组更为显著(P<0.05);试验组经有效干预后其PE、SF、RP、RE、BP、GH、MH及VT得到明显提升,且优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对手术室患者实施采用优质护理的同时加强人文关怀干预,所取得的护理成果十分理想,提升患者对医护人员及医院的信任感,使其以良好的状态配合医治及护理工作的实行。
Objective To discuss the influence of strengthening humanistic care in high-quality nursing on improving the nursing effect and condition improvement of patients in the operating room.Methods The patients in this study were selected from the operating room patients in the hospital where the author worked from February 2021 to February 2022.A total of 94 patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the inconsistency of nursing methods,they were divided into routine group and experimental group,with 47 patients in each group.On the basis of the former,the patients in the experimental group strengthened humanistic care in high-quality nursing,and analyzed the nursing satisfaction,stress response,negative emotional changes and quality of life of the patients in the two groups.Results After effective intervention,the improvement of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group(93.62%)was more significant than that in the routine group(82.98%)(P<0.05).After effective intervention,the heart rate,epinephrine and arterial pressure of patients in the experimental group were effectively reduced and better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with the patients in the routine group,the negative emotion of the experimental group was relieved before the intervention,and the reduction of negative emotion in the experimental group was more significant than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After effective intervention,PE,SF,RP,re,BP,GH,MH and VT in the experimental group were significantly improved and better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion While implementing high-quality nursing for patients in the operating room,we should strengthen the part of humanistic care.The nursing results are very ideal,improve the patients'sense of trust in medical staff and the hospital,and cooperate with the implementation of treatment and nursing work in a good state.
