案例教学(CBT)模式在中医骨伤科临床教学中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的探究案例教学(case-based teaching,CBT)模式在中医骨伤科临床教学中的应用效果及评价。方法回顾性分析2021年6月—2022年1月期间于衡阳市中医医院中医骨伤科实习的20名医学生的相关资料,以不同的教学方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各10名。对照组为传统教学授课模式,观察组为CBT模式授课,对比两组实习生入科时与出科时的理论与技能成绩、教学效果、教学满意度。结果入科时两组的理论与技能成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出科时观察组的理论与技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自学能力、团队协作能力及意识、文献检索查阅能力、发现与解决问题能力、深刻理解问题能力、思维能力、学习兴趣、与他人的交流能力、语言表达能力、归纳与总结能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度为100%,高于对照组的50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医骨伤科临床教学中采用CBT模式,不仅可以提升教学效果,还可以提高实习生的综合能力,对提升教学满意度具有积极作用,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effect and evaluation of the application of case-based teaching(CBT)model in clinical teaching of orthopedics and traumatology in Chinese medicine.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the relevant data of 20 medical students who were interned in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to January 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group with 10 students in each group according to different teaching methods.The control group was taught in traditional teaching mode,while the observation group was taught in CBT mode.The theoretical and technical achievements,teaching effects and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared when they entered and left the course.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in theory and skill scores at the time of admission(P>0.05).At the time of graduation,the theoretical and technical achievements of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-study ability,team cooperation ability and awareness,literature retrieval and consulting ability,problem finding and solving ability,deep understanding ability,thinking ability,learning interest,communication ability with others,language expression ability,and induction and summary ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 100%higher than that of the control group(50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of CBT mode in the clinical teaching of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine can not only improve the teaching effect,but also improve the comprehensive ability of interns,which has a positive role in improving the teaching satisfaction,and
