石材废石再生骨料制备超高性能混凝土试验研究

摘要 随着时代的发展,我国对于天然石材的消耗量越来越大,同时也产生了大量的石材废石。而我国对石材废石的生产效率低,造成了大量资源浪费。为缓解资源紧张,提高石材废石利用率,对河北易县典型石材废石的物理属性、化学属性、加工属性进行了研究,制备出高品质再生砂。再利用石材废石再生砂替代天然石英砂制备UHPC,实现了制备UHPC綠色低碳化、低成本化,推动了建筑行业的绿色发展。 With the development of the times,China's consumption of natural stone is increasing,and a large number of stone waste stones are produced.And China's low production eficiency of stone waste stone,resulting in a lot of waste of resources.In order to alleviate the shortage of resources,improve the utilization rate of stone waste rock.By studying the physical,chemical and processing properties of typical stone waste rock in Yixian County,Hebei Province,high-quality reclaimed sand was pre-pared.UHPC is prepared by replacing natural quartz sand with stone waste rock recycled sand,which realizes the green,low-car-bon and low cost preparation of UHPC,and promotes the green development of the construction industry.
