石材废弃物的处置利用现状及对策探究 被引量:9

摘要 近年来,石材被广泛应用于建筑领域,而其在加工过程中产生的石材废弃物日益增长,对当地的生态环境以及人们的日常生活造成严重影响,但针对石材废弃物的处理利用却鲜有研究。通过对素有“中国石材之乡”之称的山东平邑进行石材废弃物处置现状实地调研,较全面地分析与解读了石材废弃物的形成过程、环境危害、排放量、处置工艺以及资源化利用现状等,发现当地石材废弃物存在排放量大,处置形式单一,回收利用率低等问题,提出了相应的对策,包括建立完善的法律制度,制定有效的源头管控措施,因地制宜地实施全过程分类管理模式,进一步加强产学研合作以及开拓创新处置工艺、设备与资源化利用途径等,为相关政府部门、石材加工厂、资源化利用企业以及科研学者对石材废弃物的资源化处置利用提供参考意见或建议,对当地乃至全国石材废弃物的处置具有一定的积极引导作用。 Currently,stone products have been widely used in the architecture field,but a large number of stone wastes may be produced during their machining process,leading to a serious impact on the local ecological environment and people’s daily life,and there are few studies focusing on stone waste disposal and utilization.Through the field investigation and research on Pingyi of Shandong Province,known as"the hometown of Chinese stone",this study comprehensively analyzed the forming process of stone waste and its effect on the environment,the discharge,disposal and resource utilization status of local stone waste,et al.It was found that the local stone waste has the problems of huge emission,single disposal process,low recycling rate.Therefore,it was necessary to establish a perfect legal system,formulate effective source control measures,implement the whole process classification management model according to the local conditions,and further strengthen the cooperation between industry,university and research,and innovation disposal technology,equipment and resource utilization way.This will provide references or suggestions for relevant government departments,stone processing plants,resource utilization enterprises and scientific research scholars on the resource disposal and utilization of stone waste,and play a positive role in guiding the disposal of local and even domestic stone waste.
