基于博弈交叉效率模型的海洋牧场生态效率研究——以山东省海洋牧场为例

摘要 本文将海洋牧场生态效率的评价指标体系纳入DEA博弈交叉效率模型,设计了海洋牧场博弈交叉型生态效率的评价方法,应用至山东省18家海洋牧场的博弈交叉型生态效率评价。基于博弈交叉型生态效率得分,本文通过K-均值聚类分析、与海洋牧场生态效率值的对比分析和关键准则分析分别进一步考察了海洋牧场在不同效率类型的分布、竞争因素带来的影响以及中低效型海洋牧场提升生态效率的方向。评价结果表明,所研究海洋牧场博弈交叉型生态效率得分平均值为0.5886,其中最高值为1,最低值仅有0.0861。分析结果表明,根据海洋牧场博弈交叉型生态效率值可将其聚类为高效型海洋牧场、中效型海洋牧场和低效型海洋牧场,三种类型的海洋牧场占比均匀,但仍需进一步缩减低效型海洋牧场比重,中低效型海洋牧场在资源配置效率、技术投入与转化以及生境建设方面亦需进一步改进。 This paper puts the evaluation index system of marine ranching ecological efficiency incorporated into DEA game-cross efficiency model, and the evaluation method of marine ranching game cross ecological efficiency is designed, which is applied to the evaluation of 18 marine ranches in Shandong Province. Based on the score of game cross ecological efficiency, this paper further investigates the distribution of marine ranching in different efficiency types, the influence of competition factors and the direction of improving ecological efficiency of medium-efficiency and low-efficiency marine ranching through K-means clustering analysis, comparative analysis with the value of marine ranching ecological efficiency and the key criteria analysis respectively. The evaluation results show that the average score of the marine ranching game cross ecological efficiency is 0.5886, with the highest value of 1 and the lowest value of 0.0861. The analysis results show that marine ranches can be classified into high-efficiency, medium-efficiency and low-efficiency marine ranches according to the efficiency value, where the proportion is uniform, but the proportion of low-efficiency marine ranches needs to be further reduced. The medium-efficiency and low-efficiency marine ranches can be further improved in resource allocation efficiency, technology input and transformation, and habitat construction.
