变轴距矿用突水应急排水车设计与研究

摘要 针对目前煤矿突水救援中应急排水设备安装运困难问题,设计了变轴距煤矿突水应急排水车,并利用RecurDyn软件对其进行动力学分析。在RecurDyn软件中建立应急排水车的虚拟样机模型,利用多体动力学仿真研究了应急排水车不同轴距尺寸下,在最大坡度30°的情况下进行上行运动和下行运动的仿真,分析不同轴距对履带驱动轮扭矩的影响。研究表明当轴距较大为1470mm时左右履带驱动轮扭矩存在2078N·m的差值,主要原因是排水车伸出履带后的两个履带载荷不均产生,并且在同坡度的上坡路面比下坡路面大。因此在坡度较大路面上爬行时可以将载荷偏置以减小左右履带扭矩差值,提高爬坡性能。通过对虚拟样机的动力学分析,为实车的功能实现和稳定运行提供科学依据。 Aiming at the difficult installation and transportation of emergency drainage equipment in coal mine water inrush rescue, a variable wheelbase coal mine water inrush emergency drainage vehicle was designed, and its dynamics was analyzed by RecurDyn software. The virtual prototype model of the emergency drainage vehicle was established in RecurDyn software, and the upward and the downward movement of the vehicle with different wheelbase sizes was analyzed using multi-body dynamics simulation with maximum slope of 30°. The research shows that, when the wheelbase is larger than 1470mm, there is a difference of 2078N·m in the torque of the left and right crawler driving wheels, because of the unbalanced load on the crawlers, and the difference is larger in upward movement than downward movement under the same slope. Therefore, when crawling up a steep slope, the load can be offset to reduce the torque difference and improve the performance. The dynamic analysis of the virtual prototype provided scientific basis for the functional realization and stable operation of the real vehicle.
