摘要
在大跨复杂钢结构施工过程中,搭设拼装平台是施工过程的重点,因此对拼接平台开展力学性能分析很有必要。采用Midas Gen对某大跨复杂钢结构主楼的拼装平台建模,并考虑结构初始缺陷,开展拼接平台结构及临时钢支撑的承载能力和稳定性分析。结果表明:①结构的承载能力和稳定性较好,满足规范需求;②结构易发生侧向压弯失稳,因此需增设连墙以确保结构安全性;③临时支撑的应力及变形满足规范要求,且稳定性较好。
In the construction process of large-span complex steel structure,the construction of the splicing platform is the focus of the construction process,so it is necessary to analyze the mechanical properties of the splicing platform.Midas Gen is used to model the splicing platform of a large-span complex steel structure main building,and the bearing capacity and stability analysis of the splicing platform structure and temporary steel support are carried out considering the initial defects of the structure.The results show that:①The bearing capacity and stability of the structure are good,which meets the requirements of the specification;②The structure is prone to lateral bending instability,so it is necessary to add a connection wall to ensure structural safety;③The stress and deformation of the temporary support meet the requirements of the specification,and the stability is good.
