摘要
南京市牛首山东麓酒店综合项目规划有酒店、宴会大厅、演艺中心、文创中心等,总建筑面积达164700m2,结构用钢总量约为6150t。钢结构包含钢骨柱和钢骨梁、屋面钢桁架、吊挂钢柱和吊挂钢梁等。由于建筑功能的需要,结构跨度较大,主桁架和次桁架的最大跨度分别为42.5m、45.3m,单榀最重分别为149t、68.1t,吊装过程存在困难,且吊装过程中不规则钢框架结构的安装精度难以控制。针对上述问题,利用BIM技术对构件的吊装进行全过程模拟,在保证吊装精度的同时提高施工效率。形成的基于BIM的多层大跨复杂形式钢结构的吊装技术,可为后续类似工程提供参考。
The comprehensive project of Niushou Mountain Donglu hotel is in Nanjing,which includes hotel,banqueting hall,performance center,creation center,etc.,with a total construction area of 164700 square meters.Among them,the hotel,performance center and creation center are large-span steel structures in complex forms,and the total amount of structural steel is up to 6150 tons.Steel structures include steel columns and beams,roof steel trusses,hanging steel columns and beams,etc.Due to the need of building function,the structure span is large,the maximum span of the main truss and the secondary truss are 42.5 meters and 45.3 meters respectively,and the maximum weight of a single piece are 149 tons and 68.1 tons respectively.Therefore,there are difficulties in the lifting process,and the installation accuracy of the irregular steel frame structure is difficult to control during the lifting process.In order to solve the above problems,BIM technology is adopted to simulate the whole process of component installation,which improves the construction efficiency while ensures the hosting accuracy.The lifting technology of complex steel structure of multi-layer and large-span based on BIM formed in this paper can provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
