摘要
建筑工程造价是建筑工程管理中的重要内容。近年来,建筑企业为了提升经济效益,十分重视工程造价管理与控制,但是影响工程造价的因素较多,对企业有效管理工程造价提出挑战。对此,企业需要实施动态管理与控制。本文主要围绕着建筑工程造价管理,着重探讨如何在建筑工程造价中实现动态管理与控制,以期为建筑工程取得预期经济效益提供帮助。
Construction project cost is an important part of construction project management.In recent years,in order to improve economic efficiency,construction enterprises attach great importance to project cost management and control,but there are many factors affecting project cost,which poses challenges to enterprises to effectively manage project cost.In this regard,enterprises need to implement dynamic management and control.This paper mainly focuses on construction project cost management,focusing on how to achieve dynamic management and control in construction project cost,so as to help construction projects achieve expected economic benefits.
