摘要
随着社会的进步、经济的不断发展,建筑工程行业也在与时俱进、不断更新,相应的市场竞争体系也在不断完善,假使企业想要获得更加优质的发展,就需立足实际。就当下建筑行业的管理与控制来看,施工环节中存在各种各样的问题,间接导致建筑行业的造价管理没有成效。本文就从当下建筑领域造价管理与控制的实际出发,对动态管理与控制的模式进行了分析,在保证建筑工程质量的前提下最大化降低建设工程的成本。
With the progress of society and the continuous development of economy,the construction engineering industry is also advancing with the times and constantly updating.The corresponding market competition system is also constantly improving.If enterprises want to achieve better development,they need to be based on actual conditions.As far as the management and control of the current construction industry is concerned,there are various problems in the construction process,which indirectly leads to ineffectiveness in the construction industry's cost management.This paper analyzes the dynamic management and control mode from the reality of cost management and control in the current construction field,and minimizes the cost of construction engineering under the premise of ensuring the quality of construction engineering.
