摘要
对于底板松软、积水、浮煤较多的复杂巷道,常规的急倾斜横式端头支架因体积大、重量重,移架时常出现轧底现象,严重影响综采工作面的正常推进。针对这些问题对原有的急倾斜横式端头支架进行了优化设计,优化后的端头支架具有抬高行走功能,即使在松软底板巷道中也能顺利移架。
For the complex roadway with soft floor,water and floating coal,the conventional steeply inclined horizontal end support often appears bottom rolling because of its large volume and heavy weight,which seriously affects the normal advance of fully mechanized mining face.In view of these problems,optimized the design of the original steeply inclined horizontal end support.The optimized end support has the function of raising and walking,and can move smoothly even in the soft bottom roadway.
