摘要 为了提高6005A铝合金型材压弯成形的精度,避免成形过程中出现起皱现象,首先比较了不同热处理工艺下6005A铝合金的变形性能,选择最适合于压弯成形的热处理工艺,然后在截面型材内部填充聚氨酯块,通过数值模拟方法研究有无填充条件下型材的应变和应力情况。模拟结果表明,经填充后材料流动受填充物限制,弯曲段截面畸变大幅减小,塑性应变减小,型材表面应力水平降低,说明经填充后型材较填充前成形厚度更均匀,能有效防止成形零件开裂和起皱。 In order to improve the forming accuracy of press-bending forming of 6005A aluminum alloy profile and avoid the wrinkling phenomenon in the forming process.Firstly,the deformation properties of 6005A aluminum alloy under different heat treatment processes were compared.And the most suitable heat treatment process for press-bending forming was selected.Then the polyurethane blocks were filled in the rectangular section profile,and the strain and stress of the profile with or without filling conditions were studied by numerical simulation.The finite element simulation results showed that the material flow after filling was limited by the filler;the section distortion of the bending section was greatly reduced;the plastic strain was decreased;and the surface stress level on the profile was reduced.It indicated that the thickness of the filled profile was more uniform than that before filling,which could effectively prevent the formed parts from cracking and wrinkling.
