基于OBE教学理念的高职教学模式改革与实践——以护理专业医学基础课为例

摘要 在护理专业医学基础课教学中引入OBE理念,实施以“器官系统为主线”的横向理论融合和纵向综合实验教学模式,以线上线下相结合的教学方式,融入思政元素,强调知识的整体性、连贯性及实用性。与传统教学模式相比,更增加学生综合分析问题和解决临床实际问题的能力,有利于学生对横向和纵向的知识进行整体理解。同时组建基础医学课程跨学科教师教学团队,为高职护理专业基础医学课程教学模式的改革提供借鉴。 The OBE concept in teaching Basic Medical courses in the nursing profession is the implementation of a horizontal and vertical theoretical integration of the "organ system-centred" experimental teaching model. The combination of online and offline teaching methods and the incorporation of thought and political elements emphasizes the holistic, coherent and practical nature of knowledge. Compared with the traditional teaching model, the OBE teaching concept increases students’ abilities to analyze problems and solve clinical practice issues in an integrated manner, conducive to the overall understanding of horizontal and vertical knowledge. At the same time, we established an interdisciplinary teaching team for the Basic Medicine course, which provides a reference for the reform of the teaching model of the Basic Medicine course in higher vocational nursing.
