摘要
以劝导理论为基础,遵循劝导设计相关步骤,对颈部按摩APP进行设计,促进用户按摩习惯的养成。通过问卷调研,分析伏案工作者按摩APP的使用情况,结合用户旅程图分析用户痛点。根据使用流程将用户使用过程分为意向产生、开始行动和行为维持3个阶段。根据各阶段用户痛点提出权威、社会认同、游戏化、可视化及匹配策略等,并设计出具体页面。用SUS系统可用性量表量化设计方案的评级较好,验证了在劝导理论基础上所提策略的可行性。
Based on the theory of persuasion,following the relevant steps of persuasion design,a neck massage APP was designed to promote the development of users’massage habits.The usage of massage APP for ambulatory workers through questionnaire survey,and user pain points were analyzed combined with user journey map.According to the use process the user use process was divided into three stages ineluding intention generation,start action and behavior maintenance.According to each stage fo(r sus)user pain points authority,social identity,gamification,visualization,matching strategies,etc were proposed.propose.And design specific pages were designed.The System Usability Scale(sus)was used to quantify the better rating of the design solution,validated the feasibility of the proposed strategy based on persuasion theory.
