摘要
研究农户加入甘蔗合作社意愿的影响因素,有利于因地制宜发展甘蔗合作社,促进当地甘蔗产业现代化、规模化发展,提高蔗农的幸福生活指数。基于计划行为学理论和来宾蔗区230户农户的调查数据,采用二元Logistic模型,从农户的个人特征、家庭经营特征、认知特征以及外界的影响因素4个层面对农户加入甘蔗合作社的影响因素展开分析。结果表明:农户的年龄、身体健康状况、对加入甘蔗合作社增收的期望值、对合作社的了解程度和经营方式的认可程度以及周围群众对甘蔗合作社的态度均对农户的参与意愿产生不同程度的影响。基于此,提出了建立和完善农村社会保障制度,完善合作社内部运行机制,加强政府的宣传力度,营造积极有利的外部环境,从根本上提高农户加入甘蔗合作社的意愿,进而为因地制宜发展甘蔗合作社注入源源不断的动力。
The research on the influencing factors of farmers’willingness to join sugarcane cooperatives is beneficial to develop sugarcane cooperatives in accordance with local conditions,promote the modernization and large-scale development of local sugarcane industry,and improve the well-being index of sugarcane farmers.Based on the theory of planned behavior and the data of 230 farmers in the Laibin District,from personal characteristics,family management characteristics,cooperative cognition and external environmental factors,the binary logistic model was used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’participation in sugarcane cooperatives.The results showed that farmers’age,health status,expectation of increasing income,understanding of cooperatives and recognition of management methods,and the attitude of surrounding people towards cooperatives all have significant effects on farmers’willingness to join sugarcane cooperatives in varying degrees.Based on this,this paper proposes to establish and improve the rural social security system to solve the worries of farmers’life;improve the internal operating mechanism of cooperatives;strengthen the publicity of the government and create a positive and favorable external environment;fundamentally improve the willingness of farmers to join sugarcane cooperatives,and then inject a steady stream of power support for the development of sugarcane cooperatives according to local conditions.
