摘要
本研究以晋北地区603户实地调研农户样本数据为依据,以TAM模型为基础,运用结构方程模型对影响欠发达地区小农户加入农民专业合作社行为意向的因素进行了分析。结果表明,农户感知易用性正向影响农户感知有用性;农户感知易用性、农户感知有用性均正向影响农户加入态度;农户感知有用性、农户加入态度均正向影响农户行为意向。完善对小农户教育机制的微观运行能力、提高合作社信息化水平、避免小农户投机行为发生、提高合作社负责人威望、增多小农户了解合作社信息的相关途径是促进欠发达地区小农户加入农民专业合作社的有效举措。
The purpose of this paper was enrich the relevant research on small farmers joining farmers'professional cooperatives in underdeveloped areas and promote the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture.Based on the field research sample data of 603 farmers in the north of Shanxi Province and TAM model,this paper used structural equation model to analyze the factors affecting behavioral intentions of small farmers to join farmers'professional cooperatives in underdeveloped areas.The results showed that farmers'perceived ease of use positively affected farmers'perceived usefulness,farmers'perceived ease of use and farmers'perceived usefulness positively affected farmers'participation attitude,farmers'perceived usefulness and farmers'participation attitude positively affected farmers'behavioral intentions.Perfecting the micro-operation ability of small farmers'educational mechanisms,improving the information level of cooperatives,avoiding small farmers'speculative behavior,improving the prestige of cooperative leaders and increasing the way of small farmers'understanding of cooperative information would be effective measures to promote small farmers to join farmers'professional cooperatives in underdeveloped areas.
