摘要
创伤性异位骨化(traumatic heterotopic ossification,THO)是由可诱导的前体细胞、适宜诱导的软组织环境和诱导骨化的信号通路三方面共同影响的结果,但具体发病机制尚不明确。文章就可诱导的前体细胞及其在THO中的作用进行综述,发现可诱导的前体细胞包括间充质干细胞、肌腱干细胞、脂肪干细胞、内皮细胞和肌卫星细胞等,这些细胞在调控THO中起着重要的基础性作用,但缺乏特异性高的标记物。文章旨在为寻找前体细胞特异性高的生物标志物提供参考。
Traumatic heterotopic ossification(THO)is the result of the combined influence of inducible precursor cells,suitable soft tissue environment for induction and signaling pathway for ossification induction.However,its pathogenesis is still unclear.This article reviews the role of inducible precursor cells in THO,such as mesenchymal stem cells,tendon stem cells,adipose stem cells,endothelial cells and muscle satellite cells.Although these cells play a fundamental role in the regulation of THO,they have no highly specific markers.This review provides reference for searching for the precursor cell biomarkers with high specificity.
