摘要
目前,CO_(2)干法压裂是国内外提高油藏采收率的重要方法之一。从现有的研究看,使用无水CO_(2)作为干法压裂的介质,不仅对地层无破坏,还可以促进原油的体积膨胀,改善油水密度比,降低油水间的界面张力。但二氧化碳压裂技术尚不成熟,目前的棘手问题是其携砂及抗滤失性能差,需要研制高效增稠剂。本文从烷烃类、助溶剂、含氟化合物、无氟化合物和含硅化合物等类型的增稠剂入手,对国内CO_(2)增稠剂的研究现状进行梳理和总结,并对液态CO_(2)压裂用增稠剂的发展提出了建议。
At present,liquid CO_(2)fracturing was one of the important methods to improve oil recovery in China and abroad.Studies showed that the use of anhydrous liquid CO_(2)as a fracturing medium not only did not damage the formation,but also promoted volume expansion of crude oil and improved oil-water density,reduced the interfacial tension between oil and water.However,carbon dioxide fracturing was still not mature,and the thorny problem was the poor ability of carrying sand and filtration loss performance.It was necessary to develop high-efficiency thickeners.The requirements for sand mixing equipment were higher.This paper mainly summarized the research status of domestic CO_(2)thickeners,included alkanes,cosolvents,fluorinated compounds,fluorinated compounds and siliceous compounds,and put forward suggestions for the development of CO_(2)thickeners.
