摘要
针对潜江凹陷盐间页岩油层遇水易发生盐溶后重结晶,致使地层及井筒盐堵、储层物性变差、套管损害等问题,首次在盐间页岩油层开展无水的CO_(2)干法压裂工艺先导试验。通过微地震监测-焖井-放喷试油的现场跟踪分析与评价,认为CO_(2)干法压裂在盐间页岩油藏具有较好的适应性;CO_(2)注入地层后萃取降粘作用明显,产出原油性质变好,流动性增强,但随着生产的进行存在重质组份增加与流动性变差的风险。研究为盐间页岩油藏提高单井产量、实现有效动用提供了有效途径。
The pilot test of anhydrous CO2 dry fracturing process was carried out for the first time in Qianjiang Depression,addressing the problem of salt solution re-crystallization in inter-salt shale oil reservoirs in Qianjiang Depression,which leads to salt blockage in formation and wellbore,deterioration of reservoir physical properties,and casing damage.Through the field tracking and evaluation of microseismic monitor-steam soak-blowout test,it is concluded that CO_(2) dry fracturing has good adaptability in the inter-salt shale reservoir.After CO_(2) injection,the viscosity reduction effect of extraction is obvious,and the properties of the produced crude oil become better and the fluidity is enhanced.However,there are risks of the increase of heavy ends and the deterioration of the fluidity as the production goes on.This study provides an effective means to improve single-well production and achieve producing effects in inter-salt shale reservoirs.
