超深稠油井射孔段套损治理工艺技术

摘要 鲁克沁油田玉北区块油藏储层埋藏深,流体黏度高,储层物性相对较差,对射孔生产段的套管损害较大,多口油井出现油层套管腐蚀、变型、错断。通过6口井的现场实施情况证明,进行射孔段套损修整,采取筛管机械填充防砂技术,可恢复油井正常生产,不影响单井产量,取得了较好的效果。 Yubei oil reservoir in Lukeqin oilfield has deep burial,high fluid viscosity and relatively poor reservoir physical property,which has caused great damage to casing in perforated production section,and many Wells have casing corrosion,deformation and fault.Through the field implementation of several Wells,it is proved that the casing damage repair of perforating section and the sand control technology of screen tube mechanical filling can restore the normal production of oil well without affecting the output of single well,and a good effect is achieved.
