摘要
综述了运动中音乐对锻炼者的影响及其作用机制.运动中音乐对锻炼者的影响主要表现为运动过程中伴随音乐能够引发积极情绪、降低主观疲劳感、减少耗氧量和血乳酸浓度,延长力竭时间和提高功率输出.其机制在认知策略层面,注意分离的认知策略能够帮助锻炼者抑制感知与体力消耗有关的生理反馈信号;在行为倾向层面,大脑高级皮层通过中枢模式发生器参照音乐节奏将运动与音乐同步,形成稳定的节律运动模式,减少了锻炼者的能量消耗.未来研究应从以下视角深入探究运动中音乐对锻炼者的影响:首先从遗传和环境的角度探究运动中音乐对锻炼者的影响,同时运用多学科检测方法探讨运动中音乐对锻炼者影响的机制,深化运动中音乐在大众健身和医疗康复运动训练中的应用.
The research summarized the influence of music on exercisers in sports and its mechanism.The influence of music on exercisers during exercise is mainly manifested in that accompanying music during exercise can trigger positive emotions,reduce ratings of perceived exertion,reduce oxygen consumption and blood lactic acid concentration,prolong exhaustion time and improve power output.Its mechanism is at the cognitive strategy level.The cognitive strategy of attentional dissociation can help the exercisers suppress the physiological feedback signals related to perceived physical exertion.At the behavioral orientation level,the higher cerebral cortex synchronizes movement with music by referring to the music rhythm through the central pattern generator,forming a stable rhythmic movement mode,which reduces the energy consumption of the exercisers.Future research should explore the impact of music on exercisers from the following perspectives:first,explore the impact of music on exercisers from the perspective of heredity and environment,at the same time,use multidisciplinary detection methods to explore the mechanism of the impact of music on exercisers in sports,and deepen the application of music in sports in public fitness and medical rehabilitation training.
